30 Minute Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Flexibility Routine

This routine has a slightly different focus to the other follow along routines I have created before as it focuses on a BJJ, Judo, and Wrestling specific routine. It works best when used in conjunction with strength and conditioning for these sports.
