At Home Training Program V2

This program is in response to the second national lockdown in the UK by trying to provide a follow up program to the original At Home Program. This will help maintain the gains whilst stuck at home. This program is comprised of 3 follow along routines available online in this playlist. You can get the PDF of the program below (updated as videos release).

I have also made all levels of the At Home and Fat Loss programs in my app Trybe completely for free to you use in this exceptional times.
