After watching some of your hamstring stretching tutorials, I was wondering if you benefit more from a heavy stretching routine right after a lower body workout than on any other day. Adding to this I wasn’t sure, if it may even be harmful to heavily stretch after a tough workout.

Excellent routine! I particularly like the Squat to Pike moves, excellent way to keep the spine in the right position while stretching the Hamstrings! Thank you for the effort to make the videos and the PDF, keep safe and strong!
